Linear Shaft - Stainless Steel NIM25SS420-0300-SL Diameter: 25mm Length: 300mm

Linear shaft of 420 stainless steel with 25mm diameter and 300mm length. This solid shaft is neither drilled nor tapped; for pre-drilled variants, choose the NIPDM metric series or NIPDL inch series. Featuring RC 50+ hardness, this shafting provides a durable, corrosion-resistant running surface for linear ball bearings. For Simplicity® plain bearings, its optimized finish promotes faster break-in and improved Frelon® liner transfer. Paired with the appropriate Frelon® liner, it is well suited for food, drug, washdown, and other corrosion-sensitive equipment while supporting long service life and low maintenance.

  • Solid shaft that is neither drilled nor tapped (no threaded bore at the ends)
  • For pre-drilled variants, choose the NIPDM metric series or NIPDL inch series
  • Order custom lengths, tapping, and hole spacing via the Custom button
  • Simplicity® finish supports faster break-in and improved Frelon® liner transfer
  • Optimized for bearing efficiency, long life, minimal downtime and low maintenance
  • Stainless steel for food, drug, washdown, and corrosive environments
  • Frelon® J bearings are suitable for non-contact food and drug machinery; choose FDA-compliant Frelon® W for direct food-contact applications
