A 3D printer extruder feeds, melts, and extrudes thermoplastic filament (not sold here) to create objects layer by layer, controlling flow for consistent print quality. 3DPlatform’s HFE (High Flow Extruder) line offers 2–16 times the speed of a Volcano® extruder, while the HFA (High Flow Air-Cooled) extruder provides air-cooled performance. Extruder nozzles, available in sizes from 0.40 mm to 2.50 mm for HFA, HFE 300, and Volcano® models, dispense melted filament precisely. Nozzles regulate temperature, control flow, and ensure precision, with smaller sizes for fine details and larger ones for faster, thicker layers. Our online store also offers a one-meter square glass print bed and hot end components like thermistors.
