Customization can range from an engineered special solution to simply adding a special feature to a bearing or needing a specific rail length other than the preset lengths available on our website.
Example: A customer might need Redi-Rail in different rail lengths, or a support rail with a unique set of mounting holes. In other instances, an adjusted design form may be needed to meet OEM’s project goals, such as a custom carriage plate design or specific variation of the wheel locations.

Custom Engineered Bearing Solution with Simplicity Frelon Technology
The term customization may seem synonymous with higher costs. But over time, cost savings offset the initial expenses of the customization process. An engineered solution can simplify assembly, reduce part count, and increase overall production.
Multiple Simplicity bearings assembled into a machined housing can add assembly cost and require a housing unit to be more robust than needed. By re-engineering the housing unit, we can bond the Frelon directly to the main unit, thus eliminating assembly and trimming the unit size.
